This way of life can be overwhelming and stressful and in the long term can result in sleep and anxiety disorders, addiction, burn out and depression.

We are here to support you on the way to becoming less overwhelmed, less reactive, anxious and confused. We believe that self-discovery and open, non-judgmental awareness are superpowers which can give you a real sense of clarity, help you become more focused, content, loving and creative.

These past 2 years have been the most difficult period in my Life. Throughout it all Kim's wisdom, knowledge and compassion have provided the tools and support in which to navigate these turbulent times and remain sane. Just the other day on the phone with Kim I told her that I felt like I am in rigorous training for the Emotional Olympics and she is my Coach. I can not thank Kim enough for sharing her Gift:)

Kim's coaching was wonderful and I sought her out during a time of great need. She encompassed both active listening and useful feedback. Kim spent a couple of hours with me during my first visit. I am an incredibly anxious person so was skeptical about HeartMath. Kim helped me to see the benefit of breathing and trying to be mindful. I spent years reaching for substances to quell my anxiety. Now 4 months sober, I implement the tools Kim ingrained in me. I focus on my breath each morning, try to stay mindful, and lead a much happier and less panicked life

In my life, Kim has been a breath of fresh air and a light at the end of a monotonous and dark tunnel. Her coaching and insight has changed my whole outlook on everything..
Before this past year, I couldn't imagine being calm more than 5 minutes. I am amazed at all she taught me about energy and optimism and how the human body really is in control of everything that it goes through. When Kim introduced me to HeartMath, it got even better. I cannot believe the difference I feel in myself when dealing with stressful situations because I can control how my body and mind react.
Just great stuff!

When Kim first introduced me to HeartMath I was intrigued. I had been looking for that mental/emotional/mindfulness link for a long time. Now after two short months I feel that I have found my niche. I am shifting to a place of gratitude. I embrace this wonderful journey and know that Kim has provided me with the tools I need. When I deviate from my path Kim reminds me “What could be more important than inner peace”.
Kim has provided the perfect blend of knowledge, presentation and support. She is an amazing mentor and coach. I highly recommend her and HeartMath to all those wishing to live a healthier life and BE the change we want to see in the world.

I am very grateful to be coached by Kim. Her teaching methods are amazing. The HeartMath system is a game changer. In this anxiety riddled world this is the light. It’s amazing what happens when really start to breathe the right way. It just keeps me where the light is.

I have been working with Kim for a few months now and it’s been absolutely amazing! She has opened my eyes and my heart to things I could only dream about! Having a full, deep understanding of life and self is what I’ve been striving towards for years and working with Kim has made these things a reality! I can not show enough gratitude! When I wake up to a bad day, I go through the things Kim has taught me to quiet my mind and my surroundings. Not a day goes by that I don’t use something she’s taught me! Thank you so much Kim and I look forward to working with you more!

I began working with Kim just about a year ago and my life has literally done a 180. I have not only learned new tools to advance, but actually learned how to implement them in my life. By making only small, direct changes in my way of thinking it has had a ripple effect on my attitude, my optimism, my overall demeanor, and I have seen a huge shift in my relationships both personal and professional. I started noticing changes within the first few weeks, and the ripple effect has magnified over time with positivity. I can truly say that working with Kim has literally changed my life and I am forever grateful.
